B2B Context: No Statutory Right of Withdrawal
ShipMind is directed exclusively at business customers and companies (B2B). The statutory right of withdrawal under Polish consumer law (and corresponding EU directives) applies to consumers, not to business customers. Any cancellation provisions are set out in the individual contract.
Cookie Usage
ShipMind uses exclusively technically necessary cookies. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are used. Cookie consent is not required for technically necessary cookies under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
Session Cookie (shipmind_session)
Purpose: Authentication (maintaining login state). Type: HTTPOnly, SameSite=Lax, temporary (no expiry date — deleted when the browser is closed). No tracking, no personal data in the cookie content.
CSRF Token (Technical Security)
Purpose: Protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. Transmitted as a hidden field in forms or as a session-bound token. No tracking, no personal data.
ShipMind does not load any external scripts, CDNs, Google Analytics, or social media pixels. The application is fully offline-capable.
Deleting Cookies
You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Please note that deleting the session cookie will require you to log in again.
